At House of Ebony, your time and experience are important to us — and we extend the same courtesy to all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful service flow, we kindly ask you to observe the following policy:

- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time.

- Cancellations made less than 6 hours before your appointment may result in a forfeited deposit or a cancellation fee of ₦5,000.

- No-shows without notice will result in a 50–100% charge of the service booked.

- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session to avoid disrupting other clients.

We understand that life happens — if you’re unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our time as much as we value yours.

At House of Ebony, all payments for services and bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for completed treatments, missed appointments, or late cancellations. In the event of a service issue, we are happy to offer a correction or adjustment at the discretion of management within 24 hours of the original appointment.

Please be sure to review your selections carefully before confirming your booking. If you need to reschedule, kindly give at least 12 hours’ notice to retain your deposit or prepaid session.

1. Booking & Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before your appointment may result in a forfeited deposit or a cancellation fee.

No-shows will result in the full service amount being charged.

3. Payments

We accept cash, card payments, and online transfers.

All prices listed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required before or at the time of service or product delivery.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments for services and products are final.

We do not offer refunds for completed services or opened products.

For any concerns about your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Product Sales & Returns

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened products, intimate care items, or adult toys.

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

They are valid for use on services and products for a period of 1month from the date of purchase.
